Maria Ramos-Chertok has worked for over twenty years as an organizational development consultant, coach, and trainer. She is the founder and facilitator of The Butterfly Series, a writing and creative arts workshop she designed for women who want to explore what's next. She received her coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute and spent many years learning about mediation with the Center for Understanding Conflict. She is certified in Interpersonal Leadership Styles (ILS), a powerful interpersonal communications tool that focuses on individual styles of behavior and the impact different styles have on the quality of relationships.
