The Republic of Rome, in the capital city of Roma, 60 BC. Rome is a bustling city of a million people, the center of the republic's wealth, power, religion and influence. Among the seven hills of Rome lies the city's poor, brothel district, Subura. A string of missing persons in the the city's poor district leads the Praetorian Cohort to form a search party. Titus and Tiberius, soldiers in the Praetorian Guard, meet with the Pontifex Maximus, Gaius Julius Caesar, a great religious leader of high renown, who gives them the order to find the missing soldiers. The bonds between these three men runs deep, and their storied history has carried them through countless battles. However, their friendship will be tested, and the strength of those bonds will come into question. Titus and Tiberius plunge headlong into the investigation as they move into the dangerous, gang-controlled streets of Subura.

Michael is excited to reveal Project R to people for the first time. Matt A. Bryant - Illustrator/Creator Matt has been a lifelong fan of anime and manga, being exposed at an early age from Toonami.
