Follow the story's passionate, yet tormented hero Denny Defillipis on his existential searches running the picturesque back roads and backwoods of eastern Pennsylvania. It's more than a book about running; it's a tale of redemption, love, forgiveness, and finding one's own spiritual path. Many days it's as if Denny's life is being lived a mile at a time, as he's confronted with vestiges from a troubled past, decisions about personal relationships, and the eventual pursuit of a lofty marathon goal. Faith, friends, family, and hundreds of miles greet the reader on this wild ride into the depths of the human psyche.
