Diane lives in New England with her husband, Michael, and two of her children, while the oldest one of her three has escaped to New Mexico. As they tend to do, Diane's family has gotten larger with the blessings of marriages and grandchildren. Diane has had a wide variety of life experiences from farm life with sheep, goats, donkeys, pigs and rabbits, to the corporate world of contract writing and manual development. Her passion however, is children. Diane, aka Grammie Pie, loves to get right down on the ground and play. If it's fun she wants in! With 30+ years of child care and development training Diane loves to teach. Nothing makes Diane happier than to share life stories that are fun. She loves to hear her family laugh and loves the looks on their faces with their instant "settle down" when they hear the "reading voice" of a story about to start. They are her life blood. For her grandchildren and all children, Diane wants the "Grammie Pie" in her to bring life to books.
