À propos de l?auteur

Clyde was born and grew up in Southern California. He is a graduate of Biola University and Talbot Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Mary Lynne, were married in June 1976. They have three daughters Kara, Lindsay and Meagan, and are thankful for their growing family through marriage and grandchildren. Mary Lynne and Clyde’s youth pastor, Dave Griener, mentored them to love God’s word and hear His voice through the word. Dave taught them to study and memorize God’s word, as well as, to pray for hours. Clyde has always been given to prayer because of the grounding he received in those early days of faith in Christ. An intercessory gift began to emerge in 1984, as Clyde experienced frustration with the lack of fruitfulness in ministry. Prayer became a part of everything he did. Clyde has watched the Father fulfill His promises to answer prayer over and over again. Clyde has been equipping the Body of Christ to pray and has led a variety of prayer efforts since 1989. Clyde served in various associate pastoral positions for twenty-five years and sensed God’s call to pray for the nations in November of 2000. He was the Director of Prayer Ministries at MentorLink International through 2008 and then launched PrayerMentor ministry, where he serves as the President. Through these ministries he’s led prayer efforts and mentored national pastors in 25 nations through 55 international trips. Clyde mentors pastors, ministry leaders and business owners in prayer, cares for their souls and builds prayer teams around them so that they may fulfill the work Jesus has given to them, thereby glorifying the Father and advancing the Kingdom of God on earth. In 2011, Clyde and Mary Lynne began intentionally discipling international students and praying in the villages of unreached people groups to bring about Disciple Making Movements among the nations.
