Synopsis

Gymnastics Sports Training Journal
Perfect small size gymnastics training journal. Use it to record:

1. Goals
2. Practice Notes
3. Testing Notes
4. Competition Results

A MUST for any young gymnast
The four different types of pages provide specific areas to record what your gymnastic goals are, results from testing and competitions, and, most importantly, many pages to record detailed notes from each class and training sessions. Use it to record all the techniques, tips, and corrections you want to remember for your next training session.
This little notebook will save you much time and make the most of every training session. No more trying to recall what your coach said last week or last month about a certain move or element. By writing it down after each lesson and reading it again before your next lesson, you will make your coach very happy and improve leaps and bounds (literally!) over your competitors!
