Tracking – You learn how to use the team’s weekly status data to update the schedule and analyze the variances. We show you how to plan for corrective action to get the project back on schedule.  You will learn variance analysis, earned value and how to make a status report to the executives. Reporting – You learn how to use the template we provide to prepare a status report and Powerpoint (or Keynote) presentation.  We show you how successful PMs answer the sponsor’s questions.
