Carrena R. Morgan-Moss is a poet from Wilmington, Delaware. She received a bachelor's in English Literature from the University of Delaware. She has been writing poetry since the age of nine and this book is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Carrena has battled with depression for the better part of a decade; a struggle her writing reflects. Outside of the sad stuff, Carrena is a lover of all things music and she has been known to dance down grocery store aisles for the fun of it. She loves her family deeply—by blood and by choice—and she is thankful every single day for the love, support, and encouragement they offer her.
