Adam Sandoval’s creation of ScootinAmerica stemmed from his passion for riding motorcycles and was fueled by his regret of not choosing to serve in the military. With his canine co-pilot, Scooter, Adam completed his mission to visit every Harley-Davidson dealership in the lower 48 states in order to raise money and awareness for our military and their families. Adam and his dog, Scooter “Trash” began their odyssey in November of 2014. After selling all his possessions, they departed Florida with only what could be carried on the back of a 1996 Harley-Davidson. Their epic journey took them through America and all 48 lower states. As he pledged, Adam and Scooter together visited every Harley-Davidson dealership, driving events that successfully raised funds for Veterans causes. Beyond his original goal, Adam and Scooter’s mission continues. Recognizing Post Traumatic Stress Veterans’ challenges, presenting 8 worthy Veterans with brand new Harley-Davidson motorcycles and buying a beautiful camping resort in Oklahoma where all are welcomed and Veterans stay for free. Adam thought how much fun it would be to portray their experiences from how Scooter must have viewed them.
