A collection of daily affirmations in short poems! A few years ago, I started the practice of journaling daily, mostly writing my intentions for the day and sometimes what I was experiencing in the moment. Initially, it felt good to write but as time went by, the intentions started to manifest. This was both powerful and transformational. I wrote my intentions to be aligned with who I wanted to be. Sometimes, I wrote to get inspired and motivated. On other days, it was to gather courage for a tough conversation. My muse is inspired by nature, life around me and the books I am reading at the time.

Anu Arora was born in India and moved to Australia and then to America in the nineties. For many years she worked in the corporate America and then one fine day decided to launch her own business. This was a period of self-discovery of passion and purpose, the two words which are easy to say but harder to reach. Her own growth in the process and her journey, which she documented along the way became an inspiration not for just herself, but for others around her. As a leadership and executive coach, she saw the power of intentions and actions, in creating huge transformations. Her first book, “Lamhe”, a book of short poems, was in Hindi. In her second book, “Ignite Your Light” she shares the secret of an inspired life. This book is the Hindi translation of the poems by Radha Janardhan.
