Synopsis

The Way of Cat is an interactive guided journal where cats show us the path to inner wisdom. It is the beginning of the path that will help the readers look beyond their daily routines, and their well worn habits to see the world around you, new and fresh, to experience the moment you are living, and the truly see the world that is all around you. It should come as no surprise that so many of us sleepwalk through our daily lives, stuck in our habits and our patterns. Never seeing the world that is all around us. Taking the moments of our lives for granted. Luckily, there are teachers all around us. Cats… Playful furry troublemakers with a mind of their own and a knack for finding trouble. But cats are also tiny 4 legged Zen masters, who embrace the arts of mindfulness and living in the moment. Whether playing with some string, curled up in a sunbeam, or purring on a lap cats understand the presence of the moment in a way that we can only hope to.Cats can teach us so much about being more present in our daily lives, understanding the power and presence of a mindful practice, if only they could speak! Now… at long last the ancient lost wisdom of the Way of the Cat has been transcribed for the rest of us. Now you can follow along with this guided interactive journal and follow the Way of the Cat to embrace their teachings. The perfect companion for anyone who enjoys journaling, and cats. What better way to begin exploring mindfulness than to follow the ways of those who brought the art to humanity. The wisdom of the cat is explained in anecdotes, quotes and in journaling prompts which will guide you on the way, and help you to embrace your inner cat.
