Jalil Q. Oates was born and raised in the city of Elizabeth, New Jersey. He once roamed the halls of Elizabeth High and later attended American International College where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters in Business Administration. Still in his 20's, Jalil has experienced a great deal of triumph and tribulations. He has seen and felt pain and embraced love. He has become one of the few from Elizabeth to make their way. He truly believes you can start from anywhere and make something of yourself regardless of any situation. He owes it all to his family, friends, supporters and Elizabeth for making him into the man he is today.
