Grossman works in the Dallas Division as a bivocational workplace chaplain for Marketplace Chaplains and is the president and founder of Beyond Perseverance, LLC., a Christian life coaching company geared toward helping others achieve sustainable life change. He desires to see spiritual transformation in people while helping them to live out a genuine life before God and his people. Gregg and his wife, Valerie, reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
