Grady Jefferys, a native of Wake County, North Carolina, has been a working writer and journalist since the 1950's. Prior to opening his own business, he was employed by newspapers, magazines, and television and radio stations in Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina. Jefferys is the author of 14 books, numerous newspaper and magazine articles for national, regional, and local publications and is the author/producer of more than 250 television programs, video, and film productions. He and his wife Marie have two sons and two daughters.
