Michael & Amy Smalley Michael and Amy specialize in teaching couples the principles of loving well and loving for a lifetime. Their popularity as nationally renowned relationship experts quickly grew through their straightforward, no-nonsense advice, and humor. Their love story began while they were undergraduates at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Michael’s love for Amy was immediate, but Amy, however, took some more convincing. So Michael went to the ends of the earth (by becoming a college male cheerleader because Amy was on the Baylor Yell-Leading squad) to finally win her over. After graduation, they went on to earn master’s degrees in clinical psychology from Wheaton College in Chicago, Illinois. Michael finished his Ph.D. at Barnham Theological Seminary. They currently serve as co-founders of the Smalley Institute. Their popular Pursue Intensive for Couples is currently in eight locations across the United States. The centers help couples reignite their marriage in just two days. The Smalley's have enjoyed 24 years of marriage and have three children Cole, Reagan, and David. Roger Gibson Roger and his bride, Kari recently celebrated twenty-eight years of marriage. He's proud to be called dad to Michael, Hannah, and Zoie in Keller, Texas where he is the Marriage and Family Pastor at Fellowship of the Parks. Roger has the privilege of helping couples prepare for marriage, strengthen existing marriages and restore broken relationships. He worked for 20 years as the Vice President of Gary Smalley’s ministry, served as Senior Director of Adult and Family Ministries for the General Council of the Assemblies of God, and is the founder of Man Up and Go, a father to the fatherless ministry. He is a known fanatic for Jesus, family, college basketball, and tacos.
