Synopsis
A charming picture book about play and the wonder of the winter season.
Robot works in a lonely factory and doesn't even know what snow is. But one chilly morning, the world outside looks different, and when he ventures out to see what it’s like, his sensors detect...fun!
All day in the factory, Robot sorts and stacks. At night, he wishes the other bots could play, but they're programmed to work, and work, and work.
But one day, when the humans don't show up, and something strange is falling outside, Robot's sensors detect SNOW.
Robot wants to go out there
And feel the snowflakes in the air.
Can he convince his fellow robots that playing has a purpose?
Will Robot get to have a snow day too?

Hannah Abbo is a self-taught, award-winning illustrator from the United Kingdom. She lives with her partner, child, and two cats in Lisbon, Portugal. When she's not drawing, she loves gardening, experimenting with knitting and sewing, and rollerblading.
