Ken's ability to unlock the potential of those around him has been witnessed throughout his adult life. Ken was a partner with a major international firm of chartered accountants, and had many other key appointments. He became well known for the positive difference he made in those things with which he was involved, and continues so to do. He was awarded the "Four Avenues of Service Citation for Individual Rotarians" for his work for Rotary. His involvement with British Junior Chamber and Junior Chamber International and genuine care for others, was the springboard which helped launch his successful seminars on unlocking potential, both in the UK and abroad.

Ken's sincerest wish is to see the practical success of his seminars shared as widely as possible. Their impact was immediate, and it is this immediacy that still brings quick results to all that follow the guidance as laid down in this practical book.
