Katie Cotton studied English Literature at Oxford University before becoming an author and editor of children's books. When she's not writing, you'll find her hiking up a hill or eating cake.

Tor Freeman grew up in London and graduated from Kingston University with a BA in illustration. She's been working as an illustrator ever since. In 2012, she was awarded the Sendak Fellowship and spent a month in Connecticut.
