This manual is composed of four volumes, each containing its own purpose. All four volumes are printed here. The purpose of the overall manual, in accordance with the authority in DoD Directive (DoDD) 5143.01, is to implement policy established in DoDD 5205.07, assign responsibilities, and provide security procedures for DoD SAP information.
