At the time of this writing I am 50 years old, and I have practiced the disciplines of Mastery Level Fasting for 30 years. I understand the logical progression of Natural Laws that govern Caloric Restriction, Intermittent Fasting, One Meal A Day (OMAD), One Meal Every Two Days (OME2D) and One Meal Every Three Days (OME3D). I understand the wisdom of using organic whole foods as preventative medicine. I learned to master these practices by the application of what I studied in the writings of long forgotten teachers. There are many theorists, but I am not a theorist. I am a living example of what this discipline can do for even the chronically injured. I have placed very real answers in this book to those questions that I wished I would have known, earlier in my development. It is my hope that I can help others prevent critical mistakes in their learning.
