Azim holds an MS in Computer Science from Kent State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).

Gregory Steffine is a consultant, business intelligence strategist and analytics leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations translate data into competitive advantage. Known for equipping leaders to think sharper and act faster, his work has consistently bridged the gap between insight and execution. He is an award-winning author of two books on data-driven performance and most recently served as Head of Analytics Enablement for one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services firms. Today, he continues to write about the evolving field of analytics and other topics.

Kathleen Maley is a seasoned analytics leader with deep expertise in predictive modeling, data-informed product innovation, and advanced decisioning strategies. As Senior Vice President of Analytics & Commercialization at Experian, she leads the development and deployment of AI-powered models and analytical frameworks that help businesses transform data into actionable insights for smarter, faster decisions across the lending lifecycle. Kathleen is a Research Fellow at the International Institute for Analytics and an adjunct faculty member at the University of California San Diego.
