She has a 2 year old daughter who has taught her to laugh and admire the simplest things including animals, nature and family. Dr.Rasheed values her time with her family and in particular admires her husband's involvement in caring for their daughter. She is also a proud supporter of ASPCA, which is another reason why she focused on "zoo animals".
