Roger Morante, graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's Degree in English/Creative Writing (1996) and from Pepperdine University in Malibu with a Masters in Education (2005). Other books he has written include Crash Course US History: A Study Guide of Worksheets for US History. He is currently an AP US History and AP Government high school teacher in Los Angeles, California who works with low-income inner city teenagers and has had marketable success with his students' passage of the APUSH exam each May. Prior to his teaching career, he was formerly a sports and news journalist as well as an editor for the Santa Monica Mirror Newspaper in Santa Monica, California.
