Synopsis

Moving the Middle is a must-read for any leader, manager or coach looking for a way to tap into the unrealized potential of their middle performers. Why the Middle? Your Customers – Your Culture – The Economics – The Physics – Your PotentialThis book was written to change the way you think about solving your greatest opportunity and challenge – your middle performers. Ask yourself this simple question, and your answer explains why so many companies and teams struggle to reach their potential. The question is: “do you have a strategy for moving your middle performers?” Middle performers represent up to 70% of a team and company’s workforce, but rarely, if ever, is there a deliberate strategy for changing their performance and improving their results. The stories and strategies in the book are based on over 16 years of experience creating and implementing programs designed to move the middle and improve the performance of over 100,000 employees and managers. The programs generated incremental sales revenue of over $500 million and represented over $500 million in cost saving. That’s a billion-dollar impact within just one company. What are you waiting for?
