Stephanie Winslow, founder of Blind Spot Consultants and co-founder of New Dominion Healing Center, is first and foremost a pursuer of Christ. This is her first book. An organizational change agent, Stephanie has helped nonprofit and for-profit organizations develop and implement strategic plans, develop training systems, and improve overall business processes with a focus on employee development. Stephanie graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, with degrees in Spanish and education. She also has a MA degree in higher education from Geneva College. Stephanie holds a Lean Six Sigma Certificate and is certified as a faith and health ambassador. Stephanie lives in Saint Louis, Missouri, with her husband, Marshall, an IT consultant for the health-care industry, and their two daughters. She enjoys coffee, trail running, yoga pants, and spending time with friends and family. She volunteers weekly to cook for the families of her church. Together, Stephanie and Marshall also enjoy traveling, DIY projects, pajama dance parties, and craft time with their girls.
