Her research and clinical interests include interpersonal neurobiology, cognitive theory, and identity development. Dr. Winograd is a psychologist, consultant, curricula developer, and writer in the social neurosciences. Beth Cohen is a clinical and organizational psychologist, national speaker, certified meditation instructor, and organizational consultant. Her expertise includes trauma, threat assessment, organizational and individual well-being, and disaster/critical incidents response. Dr. Cohen has built and directed programs for the University of California and across the nation in both the private and public sectors. She has an extensive background in human resources, employee assistance, occupational health, and risk management. Dr. Cohen serves as a thought leader for diverse organizations across the country.
