Leonie H. Mattison is an organizational and talent development practitioner, Author of her books The Thread Memoir, The Thread Coloring Book, and Beside Still Waters Devotional, creator of the T.H.R.E.A.D Six-Step System and founder of The Thread, a ministry established on the principle that God can transform any problem for His glory and your good. She stands firmly on the belief that for people and organizations to unleash their potential, improve performance, and increase impact, they must acheive intentional transformation. She uses her faith, gifts, educational background, and life experience to help individuals and organizations unlock the best version of themselves.
