Synopsis

They struggle to help their regions with food and shelter. Without working electrical grids worldwide, humankind is catapulted back hundreds of years to a time when families survived solely on their own wits and the church enclaves rely on the generators and provisions they stored in preparation of just such an event.

From the Vatican to the Holy City, Pope Misha, his celibate soul-sister Anastasia, and a faithful troupe of protectors and believers journey to confront the antichrist. Their mission? To halt the progress of a "new world order" that promises to strip humankind of its humanity, and perhaps even its eternity, in the guise of healing a world gone mad.

Ordained in 2012 for service in the Roman Catholic jurisdiction of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter, Father Marziani continues the priestly ministry of Jesus Christ in many diocesan and geographical contexts as occasion and necessity may dictate. He has served as chaplain to a contingent of the Urbi et Orbi Foundation, which made pilgrimage to both Russia and Rome in recent years, and remains keenly interested in ecumenical relations with Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities throughout the world. He holds advanced degrees in theology, public policy and technology disciplines. A former Anglican priest, he lives with his wife of forty-nine years, Joanne, in St. Augustine, FL, and is the proud grandfather of three children and seven living grandchildren, stretching from Boston, MA; Nice, France; and Irving, Texas.
