Jon Foss is Co-founder and Chairman of the world famous Foss Swim Schools, with 22 locations in 6 states in 2020. He has been teaching and coaching since 1987, inventing one of the world's most effective swimming methods. A recognized expert, speaking in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Mexico and the USA. Jon has shown that all children can learn to swim well with enough time and correct instructions. Whether in the pool or on the page, he uses creativity to capture a child's imagination and effectively explain the first steps in learning to swim.
Jon developed curriculums for swim teams, competitive clinics and the FOSS swim schools and is regarded as a technical expert, coaching many state, national and American record holders. He was CEO and curriculum designer of FOSS from 1993 to 2019, retiring as Chairman to write and publish animated books to help all children to swim. Susan developed the office and management systems for the schools and is currently CEO of the company.
