He is also a Certified Life Coach and coaches dedicated men, women and teens to discover their significance and map direction to their life. His vision is to help others connect spiritually through integrity and perseverance and his mission is to influence, inspire and promote God-like love and respect to himself and those around him. This has created a connection with many local churches in the area that support and promote Bryan's direction as a man and a counselor.It was over 22 years ago that Bryan started to be intentional with his life. Stephanie's passion is to help people transform and shape their body, their mindset and ultimately helping people grow in their relationship with Christ. Her mission is inspiring, motivating and encouraging people on their journey toward wholeness. She is the author of "On A Fast Track With God", a 40-day devotional and Action Book and "Be On Track With God" a 14-Day Devotional and Action Book. She recently co-authored The Fit Lifestyle Series of book; Fit Mind, Fit Body and Fit Spirit with her husband Bryan. She also coaches women and co-facilitates multiple workshops with her husband Bryan including The Intentional Marriage Weekend.Stephanie believes a truly healthy lifestyle is the result of a fit body, a fit mind, and a fit spirit. Because of this, she is passionate in helping people become all that God has created them to be by inspiring hope, in all areas of living, and bringing an awareness of the saving love of Jesus Christ-the only source of complete transformation.Stephanie as spent over 20 years in the fitness industry. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle Accountability Coach, she is passionate to help people transform every part of who they are.
