Amy Cohen is the award-winning manager of her family, husband Rob, daughter Jaeda and sons Sam and Doug. She is a physical therapist with a passion for travel and baking her U Matter healthy muffins. This is her first book and it honors the memory of her brother, Darren. Amy grew up on Long Island, New York, and now lives in Ellicott City, Maryland.

Bethany Jackson is an aspiring young artist from Ellicott City, Maryland. While this is her first time illustrating a children's book, several of her other art pieces have won Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. In addition to artistic endeavors, Bethany is a food enthusiast, competitive gymnast, and practices CrossFit for fun.
