Faced with an uncertain future but propelled by extraordinary dreams, Mitch Lyons knew he had to push himself to be the best he could be. Overcoming adversity and financial constraints through hard work and discipline, he was drafted in 1993 by the Atlanta Falcons. His lifelong dream to play in the NFL had been realized!
However, more hurdles would have to be overcome even beyond the daily grind and cutthroat nature of the NFL. Challenged by his newborn son’s health issues after signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1997, Mitch learned to adapt quickly to life’s unexpected turns. A career ending injury in his seventh season forced him to look carefully at his finances. After seeing his finances plummet with the bursting of the dotcom bubble and then again during the 2008 financial crisis, Mitch stepped up to do something about it.
He realized, to have financial security, he had to change his perspective and not rely on the stock market. Mitch became a new kind of financial advisor whose singular goal was to make sure his clients would never experience financial loss like he did. He designed his Retirement of Steel process, one that can’t be upended by unexpected and uncontrollable events and market crashes. Now, he wants us to share his amazing method so our money will be safe now and throughout retirement.
Retirement of Steel will make you realize that you can grow your wealth safely and without Wall Street!
