Ashley Molnar is on a mission to change the future of how we treat each other. She is the creator and author of EmpaThee Lane LLC publishing company, and her children's books teach our youth empathy and how to be kind through storytelling. Her favorite part of creating the company and this book is partnering with her sister Austen Tarabay as the book illustrator. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband Ted and two children - Harper Lane and Theo Michael - where they spend their free time eating, dancing, and laughing!
Austen Tarabay has always been passionate about helping others and making the people around her feel valued and worthy. She is an empath and believes that giving others unconditional positive regard along with zero judgment is the key to helping and encouraging others. She tries to instill these values in children that she has counseled along with people in her everyday life.Austen has a B.S. in Psychology and a Master's in Education with a School Counseling focus. She is also a National Certified Counselor working toward her License in Professional Counseling. She is passionate in advocating for children who do not have a voice of their own, or need extra guidance. Austen has always loved expressing her creative side through art and music, so getting a chance to incorporate all of her passions through EmpaThee Lane is so rewarding! She has seen how beneficial bibliotherapy is with children when running small counseling groups on various topics. She believes these books will be a great way to interact with children and instill values of empathy, kindness, sharing, and more!
