Synopsis

Capturing real-life experiences and emotions, Just Words Unless ... beautifully portrays the power behind our words and actions. What appears to be simple can actually have a big impact on a person's life. What we choose to say or do every day has an effect on ourselves and others, even if we don't realize it.

Knowing the power behind words, Cheryl Slebioda wrote Just Words Unless ... to help guide middle-grade children as they grow and face the challenges life throws at them. Each choice made in response to those challenges can determine who kids become as adults. Cheryl's greatest wish is that her readers will apply the messages in this book and watch as positive changes impact their lives. This book also includes note pages for kids to write their goals for creating a kinder world.
