Synopsis

I'm Michael Beasley. I'm an Actor, Producer, and an Author. I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. I developed an interest in acting several years ago when my father, John Beasley, came to Atlanta to perform in Kenny Leon's production of "Jitney" at The Alliance Theater. I had a professional career in basketball and played in overseas countries like Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and the Dominic Republic. I realized that I cannot play basketball forever, so I decided to reinvent myself as an actor. In 2005, I pursued my career as a full-time Actor.

I'm currently working on my new book, "The Blueprint for Success Secrets". My focus in this book is not to work on a layout that tells how to get your child to the NBA or a professional level. I need to emphasize the path that we choose for ourselves in life. We need to understand that everyone has a different path. It's the reason because of which it became difficult for us to figure out everything. Hopefully, my book turns out to be a good resource for everyone in coming up with their own plan. It is vital to have a plan in life; otherwise, the probability of failure becomes very high. You shouldn't keep your dream unfulfilled because of a lack of planning and action. Hence, executing a plan and turning it into action provides a road to success, which is crucial for everyone
