Ariella Bernstein was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Lawrence, New York. She spent nearly 20 years in Federal sector labor law in the United States and since making aliya in 2009 has held a variety of positions in the nonprofit sector. She works in investor relations and volunteers in Jerusalem's tech sector ecosystem as a mentor to start-ups.
Avi Losice was born in Albany, New York. He spent 25 years in the financial sector, working for Standard and Poor's, and more than five years at the Securities and Exchange Commission, a position that kept him in the United States when the family made aliya. Since making aliya in 2015, he has been a consultant for the Israel Securities Authority.
