Synopsis

“In Between Peanut Butter Cookies” is the combined effort of Patt Brock Thompson and her daughter-in-law, Lisa Anetsberger. Their scheme is to inspire others with Patt’s story and artwork. In this beautiful book, you are able to glimpse into the mind of the artist as she gives her personal insight on each composition.

This book takes you along Patt’s transformation as she replaces thoughts of “I can’t do that” with “Yes, I can paint,” then evolving to “I am an artist!” As you turn the pages of “In Between Peanut Butter Cookies,” you’ll follow a journey through moods, travels, frustration, pleasure, and ultimately, discovery of how producing art can be healthy for the brain. Inspiration is revealed, love of nature is identified, and solitude is praised.
