Synopsis

Come along for the ride as this preacher girl learns to trust God through many of life's adventures.

See how God proves Himself at her first horse show and later saves the life of one of her horses.

Hear the humorous stories of the hoot owl who woke her up, the garbage man who picked her up, and the train wreck that fed her horses for a year!

But will she have enough faith to get back on this ride of life when her identical twin sister dies from cancer or when her husband leaves her?

Hear how the Lord calls her and gives her a dream to preach His Word.

You don't want to miss it! It can be quite a ride!

A propos du livre

À propos de l'auteur

Barbie Brown was born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania to Bill and Margaret Alexander Brown. She is one of nine children, which included six brothers and two sisters, with one of the sisters being her identical twin, Debbie. At the age of six, she and her family moved to a seven acre farm in Dunbar Township in rural southwestern Pennsylvania, where her love for horses was able to blossom. It was through this love and responsibility of caring for them that she discovered her calling and the true love of the Lord Jesus Christ. She married her husband Butch in the spring of 1974 and later adopted two sons, Jimmy and Joey. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in education and took bible courses from Berean Bible College. She got her credentials from The Independent Assemblies of God and now pastors a church in the top of her barn called 'The Barn of Praise Ministry'. Come along with her as she learns to trust Jesus through many trials and adventures on her 'Ride of Life'.
