She is certified in Culinary Medicine She received her Bachelor's Degree in Foods and Nutrition at Mundelein College/Loyola University in Chicago, Il. She received her Master's Degree in Human Services Administration at Spartus College, Chicago, Il. Monica is working as a diabetes educator at Lake Forest Northwestern, Lake Forest, Il. She also a partner with an endocrinologist in the company Culinary Medics. Monica is passionate about helping people make healthy choices and enjoying these choices. She enjoys traveling, trying new recipes/foods and sharing these with her family.
