Monica Joyce is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She is certified in Culinary Medicine She received her Bachelor's Degree in Foods and Nutrition at Mundelein College/Loyola University in Chicago, Il. She received her Master's Degree in Human Services Administration at Spartus College, Chicago, Il. Monica is working as a diabetes educator at Lake Forest Northwestern, Lake Forest, Il. She also a partner with an endocrinologist in the company Culinary Medics. Monica is passionate about helping people make healthy choices and enjoying these choices. She enjoys traveling, trying new recipes/foods and sharing these with her family.




Jacqueline King is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist and Fellow in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has worked at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Il. and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Il. where she worked as the Research Dietitian at the Diabetes in Pregnancy Center. She received her Bachelor Degree in Medical Dietetics at University of Illinois at Chicago and her Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Il. She is working as a consulting dietitian seeing patients and working with corporations. Her hobbies include: reading voraciously, exercising, traveling, sewing, socializing with family and friends, and exploring ethnic foods.
