About the Author

Dr. Shekinah ‘Ki’ Magee completed her doctoral studies with Regent University. She holds two Master’s degrees – one in Public Administration (HR), and the other in National Security (Strategic Studies) from the U.S. Naval War College. These degrees are rounded out by several key certifications. Having over 20 years of experience working with and leading teams, she has coached and mentored hundreds of leaders and executives to engage team members more effectively.
