Synopsis
Dr. Devin Prince always knew that the Third Rail would seek vengeance. He just couldn’t have known that it would arrive so soon, and that he wouldn’t be the target.
Moonlighting as the infamous vigilante, the Peach City Phantom, Devin must face two new mysterious foes sent by the organization responsible for the kidnapping of superpowered citizens. It doesn’t help that they know and attack his biggest weakness: his mind.
With all of his allies marked for execution, Devin must formulate a plan to simultaneously cripple the Third Rail’s operation and protect his loved ones, all while trying to maintain his fraying sanity. Now, he must learn a lesson that he always feared: The true cost of being a hero.
