Dr. Kathy J. Hagler is a nationally recognized author, coach, speaker, and organizational consultant with 40 years of experience. As the founding partner of K2OHSOLUTIONS, she has become a leader in organizational transformation to enhance communication and interactions in work and learning environments. Her firm, originally named the Technology Exchange Center, was honored with the Best Non-Profit Award by Coretta Scott King for its innovative approach to collaborative learning across various sectors. Dr. Hagler is also the author of ART of SCARS, a book that reflects her deep insights into growth and resilience. A lifelong adventurer, she enjoys traveling, yoga, and music, and has been a touring pianist, former roller-skating champion, and Harley-Davidson rider. Originally from New Mexico, she now resides in the scenic mountains of North Carolina with her husband, Ken.

Robin L. Graham is a results-oriented entrepreneur who helps people and organizations overcome barriers to high performance. Early in her career, she experienced success in corporate business and as an entrepreneur, but she knew deep down she was meant to do something bigger. Soon she identified this as a need to blend spirituality with business. Since 1994, Graham has been facilitating personal growth with PSYCH-K(R), first helping herself and then others discover how to break through old limitations to experience greater confidence and success, both personally and professionally. She has delivered this pioneering, innovative approach to establish transformation with thousands of individuals in 22 countries across six continents. As of 2021, Graham has been the Director of Training for PSYCH-K(R) Centre International. She loves adventures, which includes travel, skiing, diving, and exploring.
