Joey Benun is an award-winning writer who is inspiring young students to understand and appreciate mathematics and the natural world. Joey lives in Brooklyn, New York, and works as an Amazon account manager for his family-owned apparel business, The Bentex Group.

Laura Watson is a Toronto-based artist who creates whimsical illustrations for children's books, educational materials, magazines, and more. In addition to Pebbles and the Biggest Number, her recent titles include My Evil Big Brother Packed My Lunch and Ready... Set... Frog.

Brooke Vitale is a children's book author and editor. She has written dozens of books, including The Muppet Christmas Carol: The Illustrated Holiday Classic, The Magic Is in You, Disney Who's Who, and Happy Birthday, Mickey. Brooke spent more than fifteen years as an editor at prominent publishing companies, including Penguin Books for Young Readers and Disney Publishing.
