Michelle Angalet spends her days writing, being curious and working wiht an amazing team of people for a Georgia-based nonprofit. She was inspired to write Hello, you! when she heard about people, especially children, living in the United States without documentation and feeling invisible in communities not too far from her own home. A person of deep and expansive faith, Michelle believes that we are all connected to each other and that ll of our lives have equal worth. She tries to live each day doing what she can to say Hello, you! in both her words and her actions.

Bree Stallings is a North Carolina-native multimedia artist, illustrator, writer, and activist.
