While it may seem remarkable he can still remember his childhood from about two years old while being held in his mother's arms during a thunderstorm, it's true. He was born in a Chicago suburb, growing up there then working in Chicagoland, and throughout the United States before moving to Florida where he currently resides.

Jack Roth was forged into becoming a savvy, hard driving businessman and fixer to the wealthy and powerful. But, the focus of this book is to put into perspective who Jack is today, how he became the person he has become, and his perspective on his own past. Jack's career had to be the driving force for making a living, but he never lost sight of the fact his family was the most important part of his life. Now, after a life of ups and downs he is comfortably retired, and asking himself "What's next?"

Rosen is an executive with a track record of performance and excellence in the real estate industry.His expertise covers the full range of acquisition analysis, marketing, property and asset management of residential investment-grade real estate, covering 40 years of experience throughout the United States. Mr. Rosen has supervised managing more than 50,000 multifamily units in 40 States, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. He directed the initial staffing, marketing, and successful stabilization of more than three dozen multifamily properties, supervised the activities of more than 1,000 personnel, per-formed due diligence assignments for the acquisition, new development, financing or refinancing of more than 100 properties, and directed the successful repositioning of more than two dozen non-performing or under-performing real estate assets. In addition to his professional achievements, he has been a member of the Elyria, Ohio Jaycees as well as the president of the San Mateo, California Jaycees, and served as a Guardian ad litem in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Circuit, State of Florida, County Juvenile Division.When Mr. Rosen became self-employed in 2005, he read, Find your IT 3 and then do it to help others. Despite staying busy every day with work-related projects during his 'golden years," Mr. Rosen also manages to find time to devote to his wife of more than 50 years, their children and grandchildren.
