Synopsis

Geoff is the author of a three-book series, Thank Goodness They Can’t Talk! His stories are based on a similar theme to the James Herriot books and TV series, All Creatures Great and Small. Geoff’s stories revolve around his new career, running a pet hotel for cats and dogs, which he designed, built and ran with his wife Kathy. At that time, it became one of the largest in the UK. Hence dozens of amusing stories evolved.

From a very early age, Geoff has studied all forms of wildlife which is reflected in his diversified stories. In 2022, he wrote an amazing article published in the best-selling magazine, Bird Watching UK.

Geoff was born in Newport, a small historic market town in the county of Shropshire, England. Here he was involved in various businesses. His diversified career ranged from, shopkeeper, restaurateur, sales rep, gamekeeper, builder, and finally, running the pet hotel which inspired Geoff’s autobiographical stories in this three-book series.

Geoff lives in Thailand with his wife Kathy and their three cats Drambuie, Sambuca and Tia Maria.
