Synopsis

Chase and the Last Dragon is a short, humorous chapter book for ages 6 to 10. Written in a style similar to the Princess Bride.

What is one thing that kids refuse to do at bedtime?

Go to sleep, of course!

When a dad begins telling a bedtime story to his two children, they quickly join in, making the tale more exciting and full of surprises. The story follows Chase, the clever cat of a cruel king, who befriends the last known dragon-the same dragon the king is desperate to capture so he can use it to create a powerful spell. Facing hungry coyotes, armed knights, and a bumbling wizard, Chase needs to rally some unlikely allies to complete this daring rescue.

This magical story within a story is purrrfect for young readers who love a mix of adventure, friendship, and a little bit of bedtime mischief.
