Synopsis

In 2021, Greg Stewart threw a Paralympic record of 16.75 meters to win gold in the shot put. However, his journey to the top of the podium was anything but direct. After being born with part of his left arm missing, he struggled with the feeling that he didn't fit in. Oh yeah, and then he grew to a height of 7'2", which certainly didn't help.

In Stand Out: The True Story of Paralympic Gold Medallist Greg Stewart, we follow Greg on his journey to truly believing in himself. Greg's story serves as an inspiration for young readers, showing that with dedication and perseverance, anyone can overcome life's obstacles to reach for gold.
