The second release from Chris Husband, this is a collection of poems covering the light and dark of the world. From his favourite topic - eating - to his experiences with NHS and mental health issues.
This gathering of rhymes and prose takes the reader through the joy of eating, via the world of robot dancing and doctors appointments to the feelings we all encounter in the struggle to adapt to today's highly polarised world.
This follows the successful release earlier in 2022 of his debut collection called "Chips for Tea and other 10 minute Tweets".

Chris Husband is an author and poet, who has previously published a collection of poems entitled "Chips for Tea and other 10 minute Tweets" on Amazon. Food for Thought is both amusing and thought-provoking in equal measures. It covers the day-to-day issues we all face and also provides a little escapism that we all crave. Above all, the poems in this collection encourage people to be better towards each other and look out for one another. Other published and soon to be published works are as follows: - Season's Janitor - a poem for Autumn published on The Wombwell Rainbow (thewombwellrainbow.com) - Michelin Stars - Not For Me - published in the Scran online magazine - October 2022 - My Magical Bearded Friend - a children's picture book - to be released December 2022 - Good Morning Mr. Magpie - a children's picture book - to be released November 2022
