Fred Voss has written several collections of poetry – Goodstone (1991), Carnegie Hall with Tin Walls (1998), Hammers and Hearts of the Gods (2009), The Earth and the Stars in the Palm of Our Hand (2016), Robots Have No Bones (2019) and a novel, Making America Strong (2015). He lives in Long Beach, California.
